About Digidental
Digidental is a digital dental laboratory based in Laval. Our mission is to help dental practices focus on patient care while we manage complex technical production.
Founded in 2022, the laboratory has a team of approximately 7 people with more than 25 years of combined dental laboratory experience. We work with dentists and denturists in Laval, Greater Montreal and across Quebec.

Our digital production
Design is completed through CAD/CAM, followed by in-house manufacturing on high-end DLP 3D printers used notably for nightguards, occlusal splints and dental models, as well as VHF, Roland and Zirkonzahn milling systems.
A practice does not need an intraoral scanner to work with us. A conventional impression can be poured into a physical model and then scanned at the laboratory to enter the digital production workflow. An existing physical model can also be scanned directly at our laboratory.
Our quality control
For crowns, nightguards / occlusal splints and dentures, our production follows a three-stage quality-control process.
- Stage 1
Case and Input Verification
Each digital scan or conventional impression is reviewed before production to confirm that it is complete and usable. If the data does not meet the case requirements, our team contacts the clinic before proceeding.
- Stage 2
Digital Design Quality Control
The design created in the Exocad or 3Shape dental CAD tools is reviewed again before manufacturing. Depending on the case, this can cover fit, margins, contacts, occlusion, thickness and anatomy.
- Stage 3
Final Product and Fit Verification
After manufacturing and finishing, the case is inspected. When applicable, it is checked on a high-precision printed model before release to the clinic.
