Our quality control for dentures
Each denture goes through a multi-stage quality-control process, from receipt of the case data through final inspection.
1. Case and Input Verification
Each digital scan or conventional impression is reviewed to confirm that it is complete, usable and includes the information required to design and manufacture the prescribed denture. If the data does not meet the case requirements, our team contacts the practice before production continues.
2. Digital Design Quality Control
Once the denture has been digitally designed, the design is reviewed again before manufacturing. Our technicians use dental CAD software including Exocad and 3Shape. Depending on the case, the review may cover adaptation, occlusion, thickness and anatomy. The case proceeds to manufacturing only after the design has been reviewed and approved.
3. Final Product and Fit Verification
After manufacturing and finishing, the denture receives a final inspection. When applicable, it is checked on a high-precision printed model to evaluate fit and confirm that it matches the approved digital design. Fit, finish and overall quality are inspected before release to the practice.
This multi-stage process helps identify potential issues early in the workflow and maintain consistent quality before delivery. The parameters reviewed vary according to each case’s requirements.
