Yes. Digidental designs and manufactures prosthetic restorations for implants already placed by the treating professional. Implant surgery remains the clinician’s responsibility; the laboratory is involved at the prosthetic stage.
For implant cases, Digidental manufactures:
- custom titanium or zirconia abutments and Ti-Bases;
- screw-retained or cement-retained implant crowns;
- implant bridges;
- retention bars and Locator attachments for dentures;
- screw-retained All-on-X full-arch restorations;
- surgical-guide planning and printing.
Yes. Each restoration must match the implant platform used. Digidental works with major systems including Straumann, Nobel Biocare, Neodent, Zimmer and MIS, and can include original components on request. The brand and platform must be specified when the case is submitted.
Yes. Implant cases can be submitted as STL files from an intraoral scanner or from physical models digitized at the laboratory. The digital workflow is then used to design the abutment and restoration.
Digidental requires:
- implant brand, platform and diameter;
- the requested retention type: screw-retained or cement-retained;
- material and shade;
- scans or models of both arches and the bite registration.
